Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement unit will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
